Continually review food safety policies, standards & procedures to effectively manage food safety risks associated with changes in products, processes and technologies.

Include food safety & quality strategies in the annual business planning process to ensure that Food Safety & Quality remains an integral part of operations.

Set annual measurable food safety and quality objectives for all operations, & at group level, to ensure continuous improvement & compliance with all standards.

Ensure that suppliers & contractors embrace the same food safety & quality commitments, &monitor the materials & services they supply through audits & incoming goods inspections.

Communicate food safety aspects & requirements to suppliers & contractors by establishing specifications for raw materials, packing materials & product transportation.
